Im new in collecting moviemagazines and would like to buy bags and backingboards for my Starlogs.
Can anyone give me an advice for the best ones to buy? Is mylar the choice to go for and what size is the best?
Any advice is greatly apreciated

Thanks

Hi Jorgen,
IMHO mylar is the best way to store your Starlogs.
Plastic bags may become dark or yellow and often are toxic.
Libraries use mylar to preserve books.

Size of 8 x 11 is OK for any regular magazine.

BackingBoards are smaller about 7 x 10.

There are two things I want to add:
Light (sunlight or artificial) is not good for mag covers
and
Whatever you do, your mag will bend if stored vertically.

What I prefer is:
magazines in mylar and inside storage boxes.
