From what I found online:
Cin'Exploitation fanzine was created by members of the French forum by the same name.
Forum's address (doesn't exist any more) was cinexploitation.forumactif.net/
The fanzine was free.
Inside were several movie reviews, some borrowed from the forum but more developed, interviews, portraits of prominent figures of exploitation films (actors, directors and composers), a selection of posters and more
