- "Born in Tangier in 1948, Noureddine Sail, a film buff, launched a video club in his garage that would have 80,000 members nationwide. After publishing his militant magazine for a stronger Moroccan cinema industry, he joined the TVM channel in 1984 as program director. Then, five years later, he was approached by pay-TV Canal+. Noureddine Sail returned to Morocco in 2000 to run the 2M channel" Source.
